Project Description

Rowan Wind Farm is located approximately 4.5km north-west of Tarbert in Argyll and Bute. The proposed development contains up to 13 turbines of up to 200m to tip at this stage (designed down from 19 turbines at 230/200m at Scoping). The design evolution has taken account of the excellent topographical screening offered on the site, which reduces visibility in several directions.
